Dual Degree question on Apps

I have not decided whether or not to get the JD/MBA. On all of my apps so far I have just listed regular first yr JD. Will it be too late to apply when I'm 1L? Do schools get annoyed if you switch?

I haven't heard of any schools that don't let you apply to a dual-degree program during your first year. I would call the admissions office and ask, though.

Marquette actually requires that you do. You have to go through your first year classes and then apply to the other program.
