NC or SC?

And I find regional accents fascinating, especially the really small variations. For example the pronunciation of Pillow (pell-oh vs pill-oh) in various parts of SoCal (predominantly the OC and older LA), or how Long Island pronounces compass (com-pass).

I always like to figure out what small words are pronounced differently between my friends and I.

Also I use Yall as well, mostly because I spent my formative years in Eastern CA, and as they say the farther East you go in the West the more South you get.
It is usually NC that gets the Carolina crown for BBQ.

I love this quiz. I've taken the full version of it as well. Its funny because the three cities listed when I take it are where I was born in CA, where my mom is from in CA, and where my dad is from in CA. Its scarily accurate.
I get Oakland, San Francisco, and Chicago every time. This quiz is biased because it does not incorporate "hella"
Mine is incredibly accurate too - it gives me the two cities neighboring where I grew up, and a third city a few hours away.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
