I do! I'm pretty decent if I haven't been playing racquetball (though I prefer racquetball). It is very fun as long as you play with someone who can keep a decent volley.basedvulpes wrote:While we're talking about hobbies, I've been playing tennis for like 3 weeks now and I'm really loving it. A long time, but I mostly stopped throughout college/post-college. I only play a couple of times a year (in a good year) at this point.basedvulpes wrote:How long have you played? Former competitive player here (back in high school), love playing recreationally now. I've been researching all of the schools' courts - a lot of them look really nice.basedvulpes wrote:While we're talking about hobbies, I've been playing tennis for like 3 weeks now and I'm really loving it. Would love to dabble in raquetball and/or squash. Have also played paddle tennis a few times, and am my high school's former pickleball champion. Basically I'm into any and all paddle sportsHildegard15 wrote:I knew you were talking about racquetball earlierlymenheimer wrote:I do! I bet NYU's rooftop courts are awesome, but unfortunately it looks like they'll be closed spring 2016 until who knows when.fips tedora wrote:Cornell's indoor courts are nicebasedvulpes wrote:Just googled a few and hot damn you're rightcurlious wrote:Former competitive player here (back in high school), love playing recreationally now. Definitely do that. Check out their student center, they just built a brand new gym for law students that is nice. eat at shake shack, and a food truck in judiciary square. check out the national mall, ride the metro, etc.basedvulpes wrote:Going to be in DC tomorrow, might have to go snoop aroundfips tedora wrote:Nicely done!
