Interviewed last week, not received a decision yet. When do you think we'll hear back? Any chance of this year...magneticfields wrote:Anyone who interviewed last week receive a decision?

Just interviewed. Wasn't brave enough to ask about a decision date. Any predictions from sage metrics people based on previous years?

I had an interview on Friday, and I was told to expect a decision around mid to late January.CerealMilk wrote:Interviewed last week, not received a decision yet. When do you think we'll hear back? Any chance of this year...magneticfields wrote:Anyone who interviewed last week receive a decision?

Interview request! Do we know if interviews actually mean anything since people have gotten in without them?

As amazing as that would be, I think my lack of WE may have already knocked me out of that game. I have solid softs but nothing incredible.gamerish wrote:If I remember last cycle right, they tend to interview borderline and scholly candidatestexasellewoods wrote:Interview request! Given your stats they're probably scoping you out for a Hamilton

What kind of LSAT score might be considered a candidate for Hamilton?gamerish wrote:If I remember last cycle right, they tend to interview borderline and scholly candidatestexasellewoods wrote:Interview request! I looked through past threads about it and it seems that all but one had 176+, but that didn't guarantee you one. Softs and WE seemed important (at least the recipients I saw had them).Perseus1994 wrote:What kind of LSAT score might be considered a candidate for Hamilton?gamerish wrote:If I remember last cycle right, they tend to interview borderline and scholly candidatestexasellewoods wrote:Interview request! Got an interview as well. Don't know if it's for borderline or scholly though.

Just got an interview request. Why is it conventional wisdom that it means borderline or scholly candidates?

I'll chime in and say conventional wisdom could very well be wrong. I got an interview request as well and I'm right at 75th GPA and just below 75th LSAT. I think that puts me above "borderline" but not in consideration for a significant scholarship. Not sure if you're in a similar situation, but thought you might be.Dcc617 wrote:Just got an interview request. Why is it conventional wisdom that it means borderline or scholly candidates?

Agreed, I am around 50% for both GPA and LSAT so I don't think that necessary puts me in either the scholly or borderline camp.justakicker wrote:I'll chime in and say conventional wisdom could very well be wrong.
