I think it will be the "final wave," since Penn probably wants to get ED decisions out of the way before RD decisions.phoenix2015 wrote:Yea I considered that too.Biglaw1990 wrote:Hopefully Penn will send out all ED1 decisions on Monday. Penn's tweet is ambiguous because "next wave" does not necessarily mean that it is the final wave, although it could be. Thoughts?
In their defense, it would be pretty ominous to call Monday the "final wave" of ED decisions, even if it is so.

For those of us who just went under review on 12/11, do you think we're not going to hear back until after new years?

I'm hoping against all hope that that is not the case... I don't know that I can take another month of The Wait.abc__ wrote:For those of us who just went under review on 12/11, do you think we're not going to hear back until after new years?

According to MyLSN, it's quite likely that the bulk of November submits will hear back in January.

Me too. I hope this doesn't mean bad news, since others have already gone UR2 and decisions are on Mon.linguafranca90 wrote:Oof, I'm still stuck at UR1 on 11/30. That hurts.

I can only assume it is bad news... But maybe there will be lots of waves coming soon.ltbenn wrote:I'm hoping against all hope that that is not the case... Agreed, I just looked at last years thread, it seems there was a wave of going UR1 around 12/11 and, of those, some people went UR2 some time between Dec 19th - 22nd or some went UR2 around Jan 5th/6th. But, there was a wave of acceptances on January 9th and both people who went UR2 in dec or UR2 around January 5th still got accepted

I'm sorry if this has already been explained earlier and I didn't see it...how do you know if you are UR1 or UR2? I am currently "Under Committee Review" 12/11 Thanks!

You really can't tell. Only way to know is if you've checked the status checker and your Under Committee Review Status Date has changed.CerealMilk wrote:I'm sorry if this has already been explained earlier and I didn't see it...how do you know if you are UR1 or UR2? Re: Penn c/o 2019 Applicants (2015-2016)
Any predictions for when the calls are going to start going out today? TLSers did not start getting calls until around 3 pm on Wednesday. However, I imagine a larger number of decisions will go out, since RD and ED applicants will hear, which might necessitate earlier calls.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
