I think it is even worse because I would be really, really happy to end up at GULC (sorry I'm not sorry, TLS) so I just want to know about everywhere else asap so I can start getting excited about DC.

I did mean to assert that as a definitive statement, it was question stated with a strong sense pessimism. As much as I would hope that they are unpredictable, a lot of people have been accepted with complete dates before/on 11/18.
