Just to update everyone: my email changed to lowercase last night. I never received a call (thanks AT&T), but I got the congratulations email from Dean Deal today at 1:09PM CST.

Posted numbers yesterday, but that's a couple pages back now. 169/4.00/URM/decent softs (one of the international graduate fellowships). Completed my app a few days after it opened, UR on 9/25, no LOCI.

WE HAVE A WINNER!!!! 88 pages. Only 13 of them don't contain the words "status" or "checker". Khaleesi. A. pretty sure when it's all said and done you are going to be ruling Westeros (and I haven't read to books so I'm not cheating.) B. I'll be at Vandy this weekend, but I see you didn't apply there. I'll keep you apprised of my travel plans, but you might consider calling SLS and explaining that you really need me admitted and all.

Hey, what kind of response did people get from the Admissions Office after sending in a LOCI? I sent in mine the other day, and all they said was "Thank you for your continued interest in Stanford Law."

I know that this is looking too much into things (isn't that what TLS is for though?) but this response kind of made me feel like they had already made a decision on my application, because they didn't say they would include it in my file or anything. I actually applied to Stanford during a previous cycle and sent in a LOCI much earlier in the process (early February I believe) and they replied that they would add the letter to my file.

Did you specifically ask them to confirm with you that it had been added to your file? I received a similar muted response "thank you for continued interest" at a school when i just sent them the letter w/ extra info and thanked them.. Got in to that school, the loci I sent to hls I specifically requested that they confirm receipt and addition to file and they replied far more thoroughly even tho I probably dont have a legit shot there
