Hm, mine only goes to .xx on my official. That's strange. You would think that they would use the normal rounding down # 4.whacka wrote:Apparently LSAC rounds down GPAs at .006 and up at .007................. fml

What do people think about referencing other graduate schools at that university in a "why x?" I've come around and decided to write a why Harvard, and HKS has some dope resources.

No idea. Harvard encourages students to take classes in other schools and up to 12 credits can be counted towards the JD in the event I don't.urbanist11 wrote:Are you planning to do a dual degree or just interested in taking a few courses?doublehoohopeful wrote:What do people think about referencing other graduate schools at that university in a "why x?" So, who else is writing a diversity statement? Mine feels really weak, and since I'm a non-URM minority I don't know if it's worth submitting....

Oddly enough, I feel like you could totally write one about being a conservative when you apply to all those Yankee schools you like so much. Pretty sure schools value diversity along the political spectrum, too.

I think the potential cost outweighs the potential gain.Generally wrote: Lol maybe. I honestly worry about the really liberal ones dinging me if they hate my political views.

Anyone willing to read mine and let me know if they think it would add to my application? I feel like I do an okay job of saying "hey look I'm diverse," but I just don't have enough space to say how it'll contribute to the law school... And it's probably too long as it is, meh.
