Sorry, but I work at a doctor's office... this really sounds like your talking about a bowel movement... I guess if you're gonna get rejected, that's probably what this will feel like...123xalady wrote:?? No movement??

There are a few of us still hanging around....hopefully we'll hear soon!IsleMet wrote:Any Early Action people still not hear back? I've been UR since 11/29 and I'm getting worried! I'm pretty borderline so I wouldn't think that it would take so long to let me know that I'm being deferred. Hoping for good news though! Cornell is my first choice right now.

Cutthroat??? Never heard of anyone saying Cornell is cutthroat. Yes, people study a lot here, but I have never encountered anyone who was not willing to sit down and talk with you about a subject that you may have a problem understanding. At least the people I know are very helpful towards each other.whitman wrote:I take it you like it? Does that mean it's not nearly as cutthroat and depressing as people make it out to be?legallybrunette16 wrote:Hey all,
I'm a 1L at Cornell, accepted EA last year on 12/08.
Keep your heads up. It will all be worth it in the end.

+1. Cornell is painfully slow when it comes to processing. I'm complete everywhere EXCEPT for the NY schools, Cornell CLS and NYU! Weird coincidence.aquyenl wrote:processing since 11/12 D:

Re: Cornell 2011 applicants
12/16 email saying I have selected to be deferred until Feb 1st with the regular decision applicant pool. They Also asked for an email stating my continued interest and any additional info. I guess that means more Why Cornell essays! Good luck to everyone else today. At least I was not flat out rejected like UVA.
