Haha.sabanist wrote:I posted this in the In at Harvard thread but didn't get any bites - is anyone going to Harvard's ASW who might be interested in a day trip on Friday from Boston to New Haven?
My flight won't arrive in time for an official tour, but I'm considering renting a car and doing the self-guided thing. If anyone would like to carpool and split costs and stalk carboncopy, that would be awesome.

Let's play ball, YLS.
Good point, I hadn't thought of that.edamame wrote: Haha.I totally would, but I already went to the earlier ASW. Hope you find someone, though! Also, make sure you can find parking in New Haven around campus...you might have to have your tourmate split meter costs with you, too.
It's not the end of the world if I can't do it - I'm expecting the hammer to fall before ASW anyway - but I figured I'd put it out there anyway.

Does this tweet imply no rejections the next three days? If so, at worst we hear nothing.

Not at all. This tweet implies people will get accepted today, tomorrow, and Friday. No more, no less.edamame wrote:This is exactly on my mind. Oh my.test wrote:Does this tweet imply no rejections the next three days? If so, at worst we hear nothing.

Figured this would happen, because the deadline to register for ASW is April 5th, isn't it?wert3813 wrote:Not at all. This tweet implies people will get accepted today, tomorrow, and Friday. This explains it. Could be a big next few days. Still over a third of the class to admit.Eli wrote:Figured this would happen, because the deadline to register for ASW is April 5th, isn't it?wert3813 wrote:Not at all. Holy shenanigans Sherlock! in Vegas, but now I'll have to keep my phone on me and hope I don't forget about the phone before jumping in the pool.
But then again, it wouldn't matter anyway...

Between this and waiting to hear back from an interview for a job I desperately want, I really wish I could be put in a medically induced coma until Saturday and just wake up with my answers.

Omg, just got in!
174 / 4.13. Submitted on 2/5, complete on 2/15.
Also, for those interested in my undergrad, I go to the University of Maryland.
Can't believe it. Wonder if I went through faculty review. Omg.

Why they switch from calls to emails? Also does only one tls acceptance mean they are not doing a mass email or just not accepting all that many as the tweet may have alluded?
