deferred - complete 11/17/2010 - 167/3.51

do we know anything about chances after being deferred?

Are people still going complete -> UR -> decision or is it straight from complete -> decision for this wave? Just curious as still stuck at 12/1 complete. Not impatient, just curious. Impatience + Cornell would equal insanity.

I'd like to know the answer to this as well. I'm 11/19 Complete, but only went UR 12/1. EA is looking rather brutal.

if this is not an atypical sample, cornell's acceptance rate is like 5% lol.

especially when u consider the fact people are more likely to report positive information than negative information.

waiting like this is even worse than waiting for lsat scores. there, we had some idea. here, we have none. it's up to some random person we've never met, and is unpredictable!

I submitted 11/6 but it says processing since 11/9. It's kind of good that we didn't make the EA deadline though... Well, I don't know if you did... but, regardless, I'm happy because a lot of people have been deferred and then they get placed into the RD applicant pool and are one of the last files to be re-reviewed... My file is really early for the RD pool so it hopefully will be one of the first to be reviewed maybe less likely to be deferred... That's my rationale anyway.
