SDNY Honors

Hi - I was curious about the viability of getting DOJ Honors for SDNY and/or SDFL. I'm at a T6 and have a clerkship lined up for 2024 in a coastal city in the northeast that's not in NYC. What are the odds I can snag SDNY or SDFL Honors?
