Also still waiting for appellate and haven’t heard of anyone who has heard. I haven’t heard anything since the tentative eligibility email either. But, they also had fewer openings (only up to 3 I think) so maybe they’re just interviewing fewer people? I don’t know why they’d wait to interview until after the other sections. Do you think they're waiting until the other sections have finished interviews before starting them for Appellate? I seem to remember the Appellate job posting closing about a week after the one for all the other sections, so I wonder if that affects the order of operations.
