The IRS non-tax honors applications seem to be moving forward now. I got the email saying I was referred based on all the self-selected data. Any word on the NLRB moving at all?
I received the same as well. I will also add that I applied to the "tax" IRS Honors, interviewed around October 14 and my references were contacted October 28 but there has been no further movement. I seem to recall last year that the National Office in DC made offers after the non tax component finished their interviews, which they did over a very short period of time.
I received a tax IRS offer, but it was for a field office, NOT the national office (DC).

I received, and accepted, a tentative offer (TO) from IRS OCC. I was recently referred for the non-tax IRS honors attorney position. If I receive an interview request, should I accept?

My current offer is better for me in terms of location, and I would much rather work in a tax position. Is there any reason for or benefit to interviewing for a job I wouldn't accept over the one I already have?

For those who got CFPB interviews, did you intern/work with them previously?

Got an interview with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers through OCI. Can somebody tell me what kind of law they do (their online page is very vague) and is the process the same as with the other agencies? Thank you!
Update: received a callback. Was also told they are moving very fast this year.
Update: Had the qualifying interview last week, just now received an email telling me I was selected for their Honors Attorney Program. Now I just wait till all their offices reach out to me for an interview? Is it safe to say that I got the job?
Update: had an interview with 2 field offices, both told me they'll get back to me in a couple of weeks. Fingers crossed, but they have only 1 spot in each, so idk.

Not interviewing with them myself, but I can tell you they are still doing interviews this week. Last year, they did not extend offers until late in the year - December IIRC.

Has anyone heard from OCC National Office yet? I interviewed 3+ weeks ago and zero movement.

Have any agencies/regional offices been doing one round only interviews, or should I count myself out?

SEC and IRS told me they only do 1 interview. (Unless more than one division/section wants to interview you)

Did an initial interview in mid-October. Have heard nothing since, so I am guessing that they've moved on.

Yes. And IRS offers went out this week and I think SEC is early December.

Do you know if that's IRS National Office or Field Offices? I know they're usually on different timelines. Thanks

I think each office makes offers on their own timeline, but typically offers go out by end of November. I’ve heard some offices are still interviewing.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
