Has anyone heard from CFPB?
I hope not lol

I was expecting this week or last week based on what I saw from last year's thread, but nobody I know who' has applied has heard anything.

Uhhhh, there's been some reddit posts on people who have gotten interview invites
Got an invite last week, interviewed this week. Idk if/when to hear back, they said the process will likely take a while.

The person who said they got a call for an interview in early October is not telling the truth. Apps weren't sent for referral until October 5 and weren't reviewed for interviews until after they claim they were called.
lmfaooo, thats hilarious if true. Imagine lying on a semi-anonymous message board
My source is very reliable.

That said, I'm definitely uneasy not having heard from them this week.

Don’t know anything about CFPB either way, but the person on Reddit had a 2L flair. They could have been talking about an internship.

That's awesome. What was the interview like? Did they say if they were interviewing this coming week as well? I don't think I will get an interview as I expected that last week was the week for setting up interviews.

They are likely off that timeline as I have my first interview with them tomorrow. They emailed me on Thursday about a phone interview for tomorrow (Monday) so seems like their moving quickly though.

I had an interview with NSA last week. They told me I would hear back in 3 weeks regarding final round interviews.
Does anyone know how many honors attorneys the NSA is hiring?

The only things that I've seen from NOAA are the vaccination mandate and a referral notification.

I also have a non-attorney application pending with NOAA, and got a functionally identical vaccine notification email on the same day as I got the Honors Program vaccine mandate message, so I wouldn’t read anything into that.

Well, I guess I’m glad to know. I managed to interview with the FRB and the OCC, but no love from FDIC 2 years in a row. Mind sharing your stats?

Yeah, I'm not saying it means anything - just putting out all the communication I've had from them

Was your OCC interview the second round interview (i.e. panel interview)? If so, have they asked for your references?

Sadly, just a first round. No rejection yet, but they definitely have not reached out to my references

I completed my second-round interview with the OCC last week (10/20). They told me that they would conduct all second-round panel interviews in the last two weeks of October and start giving offers in November/December.

nonT14 tier 1, good grades, some relevant experience though not at FDIC, and 2 clerkships that aren’t knocking anyone’s socks off.

Congrats. Curious to know if your status on Usajobs ever changed from under review by HR?

has anyone heard from FTC bureau of competition? Thought I was a pretty good candidate but never even got a request for supplemental materials. Sent follow up email this month to confirm receipt of my app and didn’t get a reply.
