Re: Honors Attorney Program 2021-2022 (non-DOJ)
SLIP released interviews. I got interviews for my T3 Antitrust, Civil and BOP. TTTT, Top 5%, Spring Start 1L, Veteran, Fed LE, Security Clearance. I'm fairly unique so I'm not sure how much that helps others but it seems my work history outweighed my Law School so take that as another data point to take a swing at SLIP especially if you are a Vet/LE etc.

Anyone have any idea on how to submit/where there's more information about FEMA's honors program?

Looks like DoL is being readvertised. Anyone have any guesses as to why?

Anyone hear back from DOT Honors post-round one screener? They said second round decisions go out in October. Getting later in the month, now...

I had my second round interviews with the DOT this past week. I heard back roughly two weeks ago requesting time slots for the second round interviews.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Fri Oct 15, 2021 7:56 pmAnyone hear back from DOT Honors post-round one screener? I was hoping it was going to be on Friday since I was told they'd go out by the 15th if there was no govt shutdown. Some people have already had second interviews last week.
Fwiw, I interviewed 9/29.

Mine was through OCI. That said, I was told the second round of interviews are towards the end of the month, which coincides with IRS Honors timeline as well. Hopefully, we hear something this week.

It took them about 24 hours to get back to me. In my case, it was a very matter of fact form email telling me they could not offer me a panel interview... Blah blah blah.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Wed Oct 20, 2021 11:17 amThanks for the update! I emailed them as well. Hoping to hear soon. Just confirming that the IRS OCC is conducting second interviews now. I have mine tomorrow, and I imagine most others will take place over the next week or so.
Best of luck to all.

Re: Honors Attorney Program 2021-2022 (non-DOJ)
I was contacted on 10/13 asking for my availability over the following 2 days and again on 10/20 for my availability over the following 2 days. I'm not sure if it is the same for everyone, but I had 2 second round interviews. They had similar questions but the second one was more laid back. He actually didn't even ask me his second and third questions he had for me because he said I hit on them perfectly in my somewhat longwinded answer to the first question. He gave me control of questioning 10 minutes in.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Fri Oct 15, 2021 7:56 pmAnyone hear back from DOT Honors post-round one screener? The first interviewer said they would finish second round interviews by the end of the month (which I guess would be end of next week, possibly the following week if they are running behind).
Also, the first interviewer said there is no final round interviewer, but the second one said there is, so that's a question mark. But they both said to expect to hear back by early to mid-November.
OH YEAH almost forgot--the current honors attorneys emailed everyone who was invited to second round interviews to attend a Q&A session. So if you didn't get that email you probably are out of luck unfortunately...:/

The person who said they got a call for an interview in early October is not telling the truth. Apps weren't sent for referral until October 5 and weren't reviewed for interviews until after they claim they were called.
