What's it like working for the USTP?
I've gotten a general sense from the website of their role in the bankruptcy system, but I'm curious to know what kind of work attorneys in the program tend to do. Are there a lot of cases where you're actively involved in the litigation or are you mostly reviewing professional fee applications and stuff like that?

Do you have at least 5 years of experience in bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation? Which region are looking at?

I was thinking SDNY. Currently a student, but going to a firm with a strong restructuring practice after I graduate. Just trying to get a sense of what opportunities are out there.gumbomombo wrote: ↑Mon Jan 25, 2021 5:25 pmDo you have at least 5 years of experience in bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation?
