I'm wondering as well... I'm still a BIA finalist but was just offered a position with OCIJ. Think it's worth it to reach out the BIA to see what their status is? I know that BIA already started issuing offers. Wonder if they already issued all "first-round" offers?

I did two weeks ago. Acceptance deadline is coming up so alternates may be called this week if offers were rejected.

Has anyone gotten offers from TAX-CIV yet? I’m assuming I’m an alternate since it’s been so long since finalists were posted.
Thanks for the info. I can't imagine that anyone would decline the offer, but you never know!

Has anyone received offers or had reference checks completed from any of the smaller EOIR components (such as OGC)?

I just got a verbal offer, gave a verbal acceptance. I will update when a written offer arrives. I am told pretty quickly.

Finalist for OGC, haven't heard anything or had references checked by them.

i know this has been asked before, but does anyone know whether fed programs offers have begun yet?
Fed Program finalist here that has also not received an offer. I don't know any other finalists, so I have no insight if any offers have been given yet. If anyone has heard otherwise, it would be great to know!

Glad I’m not the only one. I’m waiting for DHS Honors (and bar results) as well...I have a feeling it’s going to be a rough next few weeks

Same boat. BIA finalist and waiting for bar results. Nothing on either front.

Received finalist designations for EOIR OP and BIA
Just received a phone call from EOIR HR with an offer from the BIA! :D Still hoping to hear from Office of Policy.
did you by any chance ask if, by getting an offer from BIA, you are precluded from getting an offer from another DOJ component?
Anon who posted about BIA offer and waiting on OP. I didn’t ask about preclusion. I know people from previous years who have gotten offers from multiple components, and I don’t see a reason why it would be different this year.
Hi, same Anon who previously posted about receiving a BIA offer/waiting on EOIR-OP. Just got the offer from EOIR-OP. Clearly no preclusion issue at least within EOIR.

Same person above who was offered OCIJ today. Just got another phone call around 4:00pm EST for an offer with the BIA. I have 2 weeks to decide between BIA and OCIJ. The OCIJ position was with Cleveland. My 2nd choice court. I'm still in shock from it all.....

You'll also have May 2019 grads who are current clerks, fellows, or Honors attorneys.
