OP here. I can confirm that second round invites have started, but have not yet finished. There is no rhyme or reason to the timing/order, just working down the centralized applicant list.

Thanks for confirming! Do you have any sense of when the second round of invites will wrap up?Anonymous User wrote:OP here. For people who received second-round interviews, have you heard of your time slot? I received an email last Thursday (10/3) and responded with my requested dates and time, but I haven't received a response.

If we haven't heard back yet regarding a callback, is it safe to assume we're out of the running?

Have there been any updates on the selection process? Are acceptances still planned to go out in December?

Has anyone been contacted about an additional writing sample? Those requests went out mid/late November last year.

I haven't heard anything else either since the 12/20 email. Hopefully we'll hear something soon!

Have they sent out requests for extra writing samples or for references? Or did they skip that step this year?

Re: DOT Honors Program 2020 Hiring
on average, how many people get second round interviews for the DOT honors program? I know there are quite a few applicants, so I was wondering about how many are given first round and second round interviews.

Based on the number of people who signed up for the Q&A sessions with the current Honors Attorneys, somewhere between 38 (the number of people who signed up) and 60 (the total number of slots available). And there are between 4 and 6 each year.
