To the people who have scheduled screeners with Maryland, when did you submit your app? I submitted mine towards the closing date of the application (the 28th), and haven't heard back yet. Hoping they are still scheduling!

I am a re-applicant. In our rejection letters, we were instructed to notify the office by the end of March if we were still interested. I heard back at the end of last week to schedule a screening interview. So my current situation might not apply. However, I did look through my old emails to answer your question. It looks like I received a response about 1-2 weeks from closing date. Of course, they could take longer. Who knows how the powers that be really operate? Wishing the both of us luck during this cycle!

Hey! Thanks for your response! I am a re-applicant as well, but just decided to resubmit my entire application because I had a lot of updates/changes to make. But yes, best of luck to us both this time around! lol

i think they're still doing screening interviews right now for the fall class. thinking offers won't start happening until june or so, and on into the early summer

The email that I received indicated that they were scheduling screeners through May 9. If you applied before though, I don't think that necessarily means you're out of the running.

Does anyone have any information about Legal Aid and when they finalize their budget i.e. start going through wait listed applicants?

I've heard they made waitlist offers in June last year. Not sure if that will remain true this year, but it's one data point.

Have any recent graduates (not class of 2016) heard anything from BDS post-2nd round?

If anyone is waiting on BDS (criminal) my thought is that they're hiring att'ys with experience, investigators, social workers etc. if a 3L (c/o 2016) from this thread received an offer, congrats!

I'm a reapplicant for MD, and I had a screener and panel interview last round. I haven't heard anything for this round since I submitted my application in early April. Not sure if it's safe to assume that I'm definitely out of the running or if it'll be another couple months before anyone knows something for sure. Sorry I don't have anything more helpful to share! Assuming no one has heard re: panel interviews yet?

Why PD questions, questions about prior experiences (internships, etc). About twenty minutes or so.
