Does BigLaw litigation care more about school or clerkships?

Hi all,
I just graduated from a law school that's ranked in the 80s or so on US News. I spent the last two summers at a large firm, but am interested in putting myself back on the D.C. BigLaw market after I complete two clerkships, one district court and COA. I've noticed that most litigators at the prominent, large firms have clerked--oftentimes at both the district and circuit level. But, then again, nearly all of them graduated from far better law schools. Will these firms still give me a chance because they value the clerkships, or does not graduating from a top law school carry the day?
I sincerely appreciate any insight!
