Considering a lateral move in the very near term. Curious what others are seeing in terms of lateral bonuses these days. Know the market has cooled significantly over the last 6 months, but wondering if high quality candidates are still commanding decent signing bonuses.

For additional data points, I'm in a relatively in-demand practice at a top shop, not a junior, weighing a move to a comparable V10 firm. Is it ludicrous to expect some cash on signing?
