Big Firms in Small Towns

Post by Fozzyfuzzy » Mon Aug 01, 2022 10:13 pm

At work today I came across the fact that Arent Fox has an office in downtown Lake Forest, Illinois, which is a pretty wealthy suburb north of Chicago. I’m not talking like an office in a large suburban office park (like how some firms have offices in Tysons Corner), but actually in a two-story, quaint building on a street corner in a small town’s downtown district. Anyone know of other examples of this sort of thing?

Having grown up in a semi-small-town like that, I think I’d rather like working in that environment. Has an idyllic feel to it, to me anyway.

I always thought it was weird that Jones Day has offices in both Cleveland and Columbus in Ohio. Like...?
