Shearman & Sterling v. King & Spalding? Both NY Lit.
Choosing between the two as a junior associate. Give me the good, the bad and the ugly.

Shearman has been having a lot of problems lately. K&S is not perfect but it's a solid firm that you can be confident will still exist and be a V50 in 5-10 years.
One thing I'd point out is that K&S has two litigation groups, gov and trial.

Would add that K&S is pushing for RTO as much as 5 days in some groups/offices. Not sure where NY trial is on that but try to find out and maybe try to get flexible WFH written into your offer.
Also the comment that you have to make your own binders is false.
