Real Estate Non-Biglaw Options

Hello,
Hoping to get some words of wisdom here. Currently work in a large firm, but know that the pace of the work is just too much for me long-term. This same work in-house is also a bit too fast for my liking. I am looking for suggestions on what types of RE-related sub-specialties should transition well to a slower-pace, in-house or gov work. Thinking leasing. Anything else that I am missing?
