Schulte vs Cadwalader vs Seward and Kissel

All NYC, coming from a t14, probably want to do transactional/corporate. I have an interest in the tech space and going in-house down the line, but I don't think any of these are particularly great options for that. All I really care about is quality of life, job security (both in biglaw and finding exit options), the potential to make partner if I want to do so, and $$$.
