Firms for Work-From-Homers

Post by j01 » Tue Jul 20, 2021 11:07 pm

A lot of us who are job hunting would like to limit our search to firms who either have substantial work from home (i.e. work from home most days with occasional facetime) or entirely remote employment. Personally, complete refusal to allow flexibility would be a dealbreaker, and a smile on their face about allowing it would be a big plus.

Could we compile a list of firms that are happy to allow permanent flexibility? I don't see one on the board yet.

For instance, I know of Perkins Coie, Husch Blackwell, and Orrick.

Buddy of mine is in a large non-NYC/DC office for GDC and this does not seem to have been his experience, although he's kind of a nerd so he might just like going in to work.
