Opportunities to Lateral to Big Law Working Remotely?

Hey TLS,
I'm starting my 4th year with an AmLaw 150 in SLC and have clocked 2200 the last 3 years. I do a significant amount of work for our coastal firms but am stuck on the compressed intermountain pay scale. Are there any big law firms hiring for remote associate these days? Would prefer to sell my billable hour to the highest bidder...thanks!

This is only the beginning. I bet more firms get behind this once they see their PPP drop after in-person returns.

Goodwin anon from above. My understanding is that this is being done on a case-by-case basis so if you wanted to negotiate it with your office after the fact, think this would be something they would be open to.

I've had recruiters reach out to me and offer no such caveat. Just my take.

I mean, yes — we’d be glad to have you in person too. Wherever you want to be on the spectrum from 100% remote to 100% in office (when that’s happening again) is fine. Send me a message and I can tell you more.
