Side gigs for more money?
Recently moved in house. Love the flexibility but now I miss the money and find myself with free time. Does anyone have lucrative side-gigs going?

Start your own private firm. I did it and it works. Nice little income stream for work I basically already do, plus I have very little overhead so I take home most of my hourly rate (as opposed to giving it to some partner). Also, you can use your sole proprietorship to run business expenses through.

Yes. I am a male with an OnlyFans with between 250-500 followers paying $8 a month. I post about 30 minutes of content a month split between two videos. Covers my rent and then some so I can save on my salary and bonus. The only time consuming part is that you really have to exercise six times a week and watch your diet to keep an audience.CheezeDoodle wrote: ↑Tue May 31, 2022 2:18 pmRecently moved in house. That's only 4K a month tops, before taxes. Wouldn't it make more economic sense to use that well-sculpted bod of yours to sleep your way to the top to become General Counsel, or even CEO?melgibsonfan wrote: ↑Thu Jan 05, 2023 7:49 pmYes. If you think a 50 something female executive would do that, stop watching porn. I don’t swing both ways so the other option is out.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Fri Jan 06, 2023 10:36 amThat's only 4K a month tops, before taxes. Do you really? If so, do you ever worry about it affecting your professional life? How did you grow to such an audience size and how long did it take?melgibsonfan wrote: ↑Thu Jan 05, 2023 7:49 pmYes. Ok, serious question. How do you maintain you energy to work your law job with that much exercise?melgibsonfan wrote: ↑Thu Jan 05, 2023 7:49 pmYes. It may sound counterintuitive but regular exercise actually increases energy levels throughout the day. The more difficult (but far from impossible) issue is making time for it.Associatingit wrote: ↑Sat Jan 07, 2023 4:26 pmOk, serious question. For bodybuilding it really requires one hour a day six days a week to have the definition needed for what I do. If you want to power lift and have performance metrics, that’s another story with far greater time invested. Make sure you do three days lifting (focus on chest press, deadlift, squats) and three cardio.Associatingit wrote: ↑Sat Jan 07, 2023 4:26 pmOk, serious question. This. If you’re a morning person it’s not an issue.Associatingit wrote: ↑Sat Jan 07, 2023 4:26 pmOk, serious question. I don’t really worry about it. If a man or woman watches it, they’re not going to tell HR. It doesn’t make them look stellar either. I think people under 40/45 aren’t as judgmental on personal secrets like this.Antetrust wrote: ↑Sat Jan 07, 2023 12:19 pmDo you really? It took me about a year and change. You have to do what the audience wants given your body, you’re a piece of meat/thirst trap and they’re paying you to perform. If that involves doing kinky stunts with strawberry ice cream, then you do it. It builds loyalty. I also know this won’t last forever. Most can’t do it past their late 30s. I do hope to monetize a lot more given the time I have left.
