I am currently a mid-level / senior at biglaw in a major market, and considering a move as an in-house counsel in a hedge fund / PE firm in a major west coast city. The position is for corporate and compliance. Very much appreciate if anyone can shed some light in terms of compensation range, and what's typically included in the package! (Is there an equivalent for RSU?)

Probably have already decided, but I am similar level at PE firm in a major market. Make $250 base and $80k in bonus. No equity beyond some small equity sharing
