How to best translate L&E litigation skills on the resume for inhouse jobs?

I've been reading both on the forums and recruiter presentations that L&E and patent lit associates have the best exit options. How would such an associate articulate their skills in employment contract drafting and litigating skills on paper in a way that resonates with inhouse recruiters? Any samples I can find online (most are just L&E resumes).

try to emphasize your pre-litigation counseling as much as possible. Especially if you drafted/revised employment handbooks, policies, etc. To the extent that the actual litigation experience is valuable, it's mostly in your ability to engage in risk analysis and handle competing deadlines. Also, your experience in front of administrative agencies like the EEOC or state agencies is more valuable than actual court experience to an in-house department.
