Need advice for CB tomorrow

I have a cb tomorrow at a firm I really want to work for. If i don't get this one, I will have pretty much struck out at firms I'd be happy to work at (tho I have some backups). Any advice? Is there any non-off-putting way to express in a cb that you really want the job?
