When were your callbacks scheduled?

Trying to plan summer vacation plans. My school does OCI in early August. How soon are most screeners after callbacks?

Likely depends on market, but my latest callback was 3 weeks after OCI (West Coast firm). Based on my friends, it seemed like NYC firms were much faster about getting back after screeners.

A lot more people than you'd think get jobs outside of OCI. On the employment stats it still shows up as a 215k / 500+ attorneys job but it's not always as easy as it looks. Mentioning this to give general awareness and advice to do pre OCI and also OP maybe don't plan a vacation until you have a SA in hand. You'll have two years afterwards to chill out and vacation as much as you want to.

I did OCI in DC and Chicago. The earliest callbacks were the same week as screeners, and latest were within 2 weeks.
