Goodwin vs. Winston & Strawn (NY)

Conflicted between these two firms in NY. I am interested in doing corporate work, any insight into the firms would be helpful!

Really struggling to name a practice Winston gives you an edge on as versus Goodwin. This is easily a win for the latter, doubly so if you want to do PE M&A or EC/VC work.
