Let's go class of 2022! We got this! What are you most looking forward to, fearing, etc?
Are you doing anything to prepare or have any tips that you've already learned?

Looking forward to getting yet another shot. Fearing the baby bar and attrition rate at taft

Looking forward to going back to school to be honest and meeting new people.
I might try to read Getting to Maybe and maybe a couple other books like that.

Same! I have already started reading Getting to Maybe. Even from what little I have read, I recommend it. Other than that, I am looking forward to new challenges and a completely new setting. The only fear in the back of my mind is a potential recession in the near future that could affect current hiring levels and employment prospects.
