Did anyone else find the games section on this extremely difficult?
Thanks?

I did this test earlier today for prep and was very pleasantly surprised to find that I had never done the games section before at all!
In light of that, I found it comparable to most other games sections, and got a -0 on it.

I have always thought this was probably the most difficult group of four games LSAC had ever assembled (at least since the changes in the early 1990s).

Just did this, wow, these games destroyed me. Any other thoughts from the next generation?
EDIT: found this:

evidently this is a common problem!
Hope it doesn't repeat in June.

Very impressive.
Games 2 and 4 are particularly problematic. With game 2, I can make basically two templates, but it still took me about 12 minutes the second time through, and I still missed one (the last one - just realized that the "new rule" is effectively no different than the one replaced and that basically this rule just makes it so that X doesn't need to have a sunroof.
I would be interested in seeing your setup for this game....was the cars or the options your base?
Game 3 was meh. Game 1 took me about 6 minutes when I did it again today; the key for me was setting up a base that made it very easy to see if geologists/radiobiologists and experienced/inexperienced were used. Flew through it.
Haven't redone game 4 yet but when I did it, I must have messed up an inference. Would also appreciate seeing a setup here, if you can scan/photograph/otherwise digitize.
thanks

Make the cars your base, and with the deductions 6-11 become incredibly easy. It boils down to this:
T: P/S/L
V: P, S
W: P, L
X: P, L, S
Y: S
Z: P/S, L
#12 is also very easy doing it this way.

I got my standard -10, but this was a little bit better than a normal -10 because I was -4 through the first 3 and had to guess on the last game and missed all 6 questions.
