Here's the situation

I took my first diagnostic yesterday and scored 142. I work 40 hours a week at a job that I'm cutting to 25 for lsat study. I intend on taking the lsat in jun, august October and December.
I do improv classes on Wednesday nights and that's it. I am using the loophole for lr and the lsat trainer for reading comp and have private tutoring coming up 3 days a week from 2-5pm with more self practice time in the evenings. Is it realistic to improve and if so, what are the next steps to take?
