Studying Advice

Post by strawberryprincess7 » Sat Nov 28, 2020 12:10 am

Does anyone have any advice on studying the LSAT with depression? I'm on medication, and it's helping somewhat, but 2020 and unemployment have definitely taken a toll on me. I know this is an important test, and I really want to break the 170s, but my energy level is just off.

Start slow. It's a tough test and it does take a while. Quick results just don't happen often on this exam and it's ok if you're not seeing the results immediately. That being said, one way to feel like you're improving quickly and get a morale boost is by mastering conditional reasoning. A lot of the conditional concepts are applicable to both LR and LG so you should go a few points up just from that if you're not already at a point of mastery there. Good luck!
