Tutoring/teaching for test companies

Hi, all. Just wanted to ask which test prep companies are the best to work for/ pay the best. I have a 175 and I've applied to all the big companies, but just wanted to see if anyone had any info about them, and how I can expect my teaching/ tutoring to possibly go. Thanks!
