Practical LR Advice

Hi all,
I'm getting proper frustrated with trying to train and practice LR.
I'm getting anywhere between -6 and -13 on a single LR section and I just do not understand where I'm going wrong at all. I note what question types I got wrong, I go back to my study guide and try and re-educate myself but I just keep making the same mistakes over and over and over again and it's driving me mental.
Does anyone have any real practical advice I can take just to try and stop this from happening?
