LSAT Writing Problem

I initiated the LSAT writing last week. Just now, I learned from LSAC that my writing has been cancelled due to security incident and I need to write another. I don't know what's going on. Has this happen to anyone else? Do I need to register another writing? Will LSAC school report include the flag "security irregularity" ? Do I need to write an addendum to explain when applying schools ?

Something in your video recording caught their eye and got you flagged. Did you have any background programs running? Did you forget to film under your desk?
For this particular concern, you should contact LSAC. However, because they cancelled your first sample, they will likely not report this as an issue. I cancelled a sample because of technical difficulties and was told this would not be any problem.
If you must redo this and are concerned, contact LSAC and have them change your exam to a testing center. By going to a testing center, you can avoid any potential security problems.
