Nonpublished Testing Center Help

Hi everyone, I'm in some need of advice.
Currently, I'm a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mozambique until next November. I will be applying next fall and the last missing piece is the LSAT. Here is the problem. The nearest testing center is Johannesburg, but it is over 700 miles away, very expensive to get to, and it only offers the LSAT in December. To take the LSAT next June, I will need to request a nonpublishing center in either Harare, Zimbabwe or Lilongwe or Blantyre, Malawi since they are significantly closer and easier to travel to and from.
Has anyone ever done this/what are the odds that LSAC would be able to fulfill this request, assuming I made the request early enough?
