I have already completed my registration but need to make changes to my biographical information (e.g., name, date of birth). How can I do this?

You have to call them, speak to a rep and send them photocopies of your personal documents (like drivers license). They’re going to be confused about what happened and will want an explanation of why what you’re doing isn’t sketchy. If you changed your name (ie married, divorced, got adopted or whatever) you will likely have to provide the document that legally changed it
