PT. 58 Game 2, Question 12

Okay, can someone please explain question 12? Maybe I've had a bit too much to drink- I often do, but question 12 is confusing the hell out of me-- me... a self-proclaimed logic games master. The question reads, "Which one of the following pairs of employees is such that at least on member of the pair volunteers?" If anyone has any insight on how to accurately solve the question, please help! #confused... and tipsy.
