I have a watch nearly identical to the one in the link below. The ONLY difference between that watch and mine is that mine tells you what day of the month it is (i.e. 17). I can't imagine this wouldn't be allowed.. But I feel better making sure.

Yes, that is fine. They just don’t want digital watches or watches with timers (the 180 watches are also questionable).

If you haven’t heard it already here is a helpful tip: set your watch to 12:00 before each section.

Whoa. If an analog chronograph watch isn't allowed, I have no idea why that thing would be allowed.

That's not a watch. If chronographs are banned because they can function as timing devices, a wearable analog timer is almost certainly banned as well. There's no reason for one of those anyway because setting a regular watch to 12:00 works just as well.

That's not a watch. If chronographs are banned because they can function as timing devices, a wearable analog timer is almost certainly banned as well. There's no reason for one of those anyway because setting a regular watch to 12:00 works just as well.

Took the LSAT with said watch in full view of the proctors, and it was fine. It's an anecdote I'm well aware, but putting it here FWIW.

Yea that should be fine. They just don't want anything with any sort of stop watch/timer feature.

Also whoever posted that LSAT countdown. Waste of money. If you already have an analog watch, like other said just change it back to 12 before you start. I didn't have one so I bought this for $15. Just twist the dial for starting and I know how much time has elapsed and I can use it after the test if I ever need to.

Setting your watch to 12:00 works but you need to practice doing it precisely and quickly. I did it incorrectly in my first section the first time I took it and ended up not timing myself for the entire section.

Yeah I’ve been practicing doing it as quickly as I can lol. I’m definitely worried about not timing correctly but I haven’t had an issue with it so far.
