Conditional Logic Notations

Does anyone have a specific way they organize lists of conditional statements and inferences when translating them into short hand? Especially within games? I usually put the contrapositives next to the original and then list inferences after that, but sometimes it gets confusing and I end up missing things. Does anyone else run into this problem?
