For how long and/or for how many PTs should you aim to reach target score before taking LSAT?

Any tips or advice on how long I should be reaching my target score range before sitting for the LSAT? Should I measure it in practice tests or in weeks or both?

Thanks!

Measure it based on how you're scoring

Thanks! What I'm trying to figure out is for how many preptests or weeks worth of studying should you be hitting your goal before taking the test? For example if you're shooting for a 173 should you be scoring in that range (ie 171-175) for your last 5 preptests? 10? 20? When can you be confident that its not just a fluke high score but that you're truly and consistently at that level?
