I recently learned that harvard takes the GRE now (yes i live under a rock).

I can't find any info on if you take BOTH GRE and LSAT which scores they consider- does anyone know? thx.

I'm not actually sure about this, idk if anyone has a solid answer for you since we haven't gone through a cycle in which they've done it yet.

I would assume that if you've taken both the GRE and LSAT, that you have to report your LSAT scores either way. But that's just me thinking about the fact that they have receive all of your scores within the past 5 years as it stands now.

What do you mean? They will look at both. Why would you think they wouldn't consider all information an applicant presents? I don't understand so maybe I'm missing something here.

This is from their website:
Should I retake the LSAT or GRE?
You only need to take the LSAT or GRE once; however if you take multiple tests, the admissions committee will consider all LSAT and/or GRE scores presented as part of your application.

Maybe read all the FAQs.

I'm curious too how they handle this. Typically, you have to apply through LSAC, but if you have no LSAT score, I don't know why you would need to do that. You could just send you LORs, PS, and GRE score separately. If you have both, and both are good, i would supply both, otherwise it makes sense to just send the better one.

Edit: The HLS FAQ says this "If you plan to apply with a GRE score, instructions for how to apply will be available by September 2017.

Additionally, I know I sure as heck am not sending in my GRE score in addition to my LSAT. I could never get into law school with my GRE score, my LSAT is significantly better.

I'd stick to an LSAT-based application plan for now...unless you wrote a perfect score on the GRE
