Best LSAT Prep Company to work for as an instructor?

I am applying to some of the prep companies around me (Kaplan, Testmasters, Manhattan, Powerscore) to be an LSAT instructor, but I have read mixed things online about working for them. Mostly about draconian employment contracts or how they never get hours, but no specifics are offered. Does anyone have any experience that they could share, if you've worked for one of these companies or know someone who does? I have some upcoming interviews, and I'd like to know what I'm getting into while I am still not locked in anywhere. For what its worth, I have a 99% score. Much appreciated! Thanks!

I heard Blueprint, actually...but don't take my word for it.
