Jump to newer PTs?

Post by uion1715 » Sun Mar 05, 2017 11:32 pm

Hello, y'all.

I am preparing for the June or the September take, and this is my third take after scoring 167 and 166 in the previous two takes. After averaging in the low 170s, I got a 178 on PT 38. My target score is somewhere in the mid-170s (174).

I just looked at the 7Sage study schedule and I'm seeing that in order for me to complete all PTs available for me (PT 36 - 77), I have to take 2-3 PTs per week. While I would love to do so, I am not sure if I can do more than 1-2 PT a week.

Given my circumstance, is it better to jump ahead to the new PTs in the 50s and the 60s to make sure I can do well on the newer LSATs which I've heard is more difficult? Or is it better to try to squeeze in some time to do a lot of PTs a week?

Thanks so much and appreciate all help!

Yes, definitely jump to the 50s/60s. I'd also def recommend making sure you've seen and become familiar with all of the 70s (&80?) before test day - There are a few idiosyncrasies in the most recent ones.
